Ep. 35: Momentum Doesn't Feel Like Momentum

In this episode, I'm getting honest about something I wish someone had told me earlier: momentum rarely feels the way we think it should. It doesn't arrive with a flood of inquiries or a surge of engagement. Most of the time, it feels slow, repetitive, and sometimes even discouraging. I share what a particularly quiet season in my own business looked like, why the doubt that crept in was so hard to shake, and the one question I learned to ask myself before considering changing everything. We also talk about the dangerous middle phase- that stretch where you've started, you're putting in the effort, but the results don't seem to match yet- and why that phase is often building far more than it appears to be. If things feel slow right now, this episode is your reminder that slow doesn't mean stuck. And quiet doesn't mean nothing is happening.
