Ep. 35: Momentum Doesn't Feel Like Momentum

If you've been showing up consistently in your business — creating content, sending follow-ups, having conversations — and it still feels like nothing is happening, this episode is for you. In this episode, I'm getting honest about something I wish someone had told me earlier: momentum rarely feels the way we think it should. I share what a particularly quiet season in my own business looked like, why the doubt that crept in was so hard to shake, and the one question I learned to ask myself before considering changing everything. We also talk about the dangerous middle phase- that stretch where you've started, you're putting in the effort, but the results don't seem to match yet- and why that phase is often building far more than it appears to be.
