Are all confrontations required, if some are can you decide its outcome ?

Well it doesn't help to confront the concerned person all the time, you might at times burn your hands. You might to try to prove your point , repeat it but that only worsens the situation . The nature of person does come into play here especially if he or she is an aggressive person. When is it we need to let go or resolve it later. Now I am not talking of extreme cases wherein intervention is required but rather of small tiffs that happen everywhere everyday .
