In this episode of the #PAY Podcast Bruce Burke speaks with Mark Thomas, Co-Founder & CEO, ZenSports. Mark is a serial entrepreneur with experience founding tech startups and other businesses. Most recently, he was the Co-Founder & CEO of Reesio, a VC-backed startup within real estate technology that was acquired by Realtor.com in 2015. ZenSports is a mobile peer-to-peer sports betting marketplace where anyone can create and accept sports bets with anyone else in the world, without the need for a centralized bookmaker. ZenSports uses its own SPORTS cryptocurrency utility token to give bettors a cheaper, faster, and more trustworthy process for wagering on sports than traditional online sportsbooks offer. SPORTS can also be used to earn discounts, rewards, and other perks within the ZenSports ecosystem, such as discounted betting fees and cash back bonuses.
