Discipling in foster care is in many ways the rawest form of discipleship. It is messy, sacrificial, and imperfect and yet it teaches us so much about who God is and how His sacrificial love for us invites us into His family. There are so many biblical principles we can learn about parenting, discipleship, and the love of the Father that come from discipling foster children and within the foster care system. Join us as we welcome Chrissie Colmery and Kristen Neiditch as they share about what God has taught them through this unique means of discipleship.

Each child has their own imprint and is uniquely designed by God. No two children are the same and each one requires their own means of discipleship. While the general call to discipleship and the truth of Scripture remain the same, it is important to think through how each child receives instruction and how they respond to the various relationships unique to them.
