Discipling in foster care is in many ways the rawest form of discipleship. It is messy, sacrificial, and imperfect and yet it teaches us so much about who God is and how His sacrificial love for us invites us into His family. There are so many biblical principles we can learn about parenting, discipleship, and the love of the Father that come from discipling foster children and within the foster care system. Each child has their own imprint and is uniquely designed by God. No two children are the same and each one requires their own means of discipleship.
