In 2008, Koushal Niroula and a few others got together and murdered a Palm Springs retiree, Clifford Lambert. This is a story of "The dark Prince" who wanted everyone to think he was "The Prince of Nepal", how he got into committing crimes involving millions of dollars and at last, got caught in a murder and is serving a LWOP prison sentence at a Northern California prison. Charles Shobhraj, also known as "The Bikini Killer" and "The Serpent", spent years in prison in India.
