This is Day 1 of June's 30 Day Podcast Posting Challenge, but this is Week 6 of Weigh-In Monday… and y’all, I released 6 pounds this week! Yeahhhh!!! 🎉 And let me tell you, this week reminded me of something real: what you eat matters. Not in a shame-filled way. Not in a “beat yourself up” way. But in a truthful way. I got a little happy with the vegan pizza and Garrett’s Cheese & Caramel popcorn and thought, “Oh, I’ll be fine.” WRONG. 😂 My body had something to say about that. But here’s the truth: I had my moment, I enjoyed it, I learned from it, and now I’m back on the grind. That is what this journey is about. Not perfection. Not punishment.
