What If You're Not The Problem?
This is Day 1 of June's 30 Day Podcast Posting Challenge, but this is Week 6 of Weigh-In Monday… and y’all, I released 6 pounds this week! Yeahhhh!!! 🎉 And let me tell you, this week reminded me of something real: what you eat matters. Not in a shame-filled way. Not in a “beat yourself up” way. But in a truthful way. I got a little happy with the vegan pizza and Garrett’s Cheese & Caramel popcorn and thought, “Oh, I’ll be fine.” WRONG. 😂 My body had something to say about that. But here’s the truth: I had my moment, I enjoyed it, I learned from it, and now I’m back on the grind. That is what this journey is about. Not perfection. Not punishment. Not quitting because you had pizza or popcorn. It’s about paying attention, telling yourself the truth, and making the next choice count. This is Body. Mind. Movement. Truth. Be-Mighty.
