In Season 2, I will be focusing more on how yoga can bring healing, fulfillment, and peace to your life, regardless of your faith system or walk of life. Through yoga, we discover our true, God-given creative nature, which reveals our purpose. And then we can make decisions to pursue that purpose, bringing us peace and fulfillment.
