Today we're talking about one of the most common goals I hear from people. And I mean...every damn day. I sit down on a discovery call and ask: "So what are your goals?" And almost every single time the answer is: "I want to lose weight and tone up." Now before anyone gets defensive, that's not a bad goal. It's just that most people don't actually understand what they're saying. Because weight loss and toning are not the same thing. In fact, they're often pulling in completely different directions. It's kind of like saying: "I want to spend less money while buying more stuff." Can it happen? Maybe. But we should probably understand what's actually going on first. So let's break this down.
