#3 Welcome to episode #3! I hope you enjoy this episode, today I am discussing my favourite relationship: FOOD! I recognise our relationship with food may not always be a healthy one! So how do we make the CHANGES to have a more positive relationship with food. I believe it stems from the labels we have put on our food, our habits and rituals that don't serve us and how our inner monkey speaks to us sometimes! I aim to reframe some of the above and give you some tips on seeing food as what it is: to be enjoyed, savoured , nourishing us and making us FEEL GOOD!
