Mitch's latest book, Time Eternal, is a mystery/thriller novel set in the world of high-end timepieces.

Born and raised in South Africa, Toni's art tells the stories of the plight of women and children living in the shanty towns and rural villages of South Africa. Toni's artwork is part of the 2026 African American History Cultural Arts Celebration at the Laguna Art Museum on February 27, which will also include African Praise Music and dance with Rose Wanjiku Mwangi and Friends, Laguna Tunes, Laguna Beach High School Jazz Band and more.

Andrew Myers Art Gallery is closing

Nearly three years ago, Andrew Myers, the talent behind the unique genre called Screw Art, decided to open a gallery to bring art to Laguna that is completely different and creative to what you usually find in town. Now, Andrew has announced he is closing his gallery, moving forward to new adventures.

Joan Gladstone's Route 66 Exhibition

In celebration of the centennial of America's most iconic highway, Route 66, Joan Gladstone's exhibit of 18 oil paintings that capture the nostalgia and spirit of the 2,400-mile "Mother Road" and its legendary, colorful signage is on display at the Hilbert Museum through May 30, 2026. She talks to Ed about her inspiration in creating the paintings, and efforts to preserve the highway's history.
