Both of us are Doctors of Pharmacy, co-owners of A Teaspoon of Wisdom and the happy parents of our son, Huckleberry Boblak. To supplement her Western training, Sylvia completed Ayurvedic studies at Kerala Ayurveda Academy in order to gain a better perspective on what true preventative care requires: mindful food choices and positive daily habits. After spending a collective of 25 years in the community pharmacy setting, we are confident in what heals and rejuvenates the human body and what does not. We believe that nature has provided us with everything we need to restore our health and well-being. Our approach focuses on food, lifestyle, mindfulness, and natural remedies, helping you find balance and vitality without relying on pharmaceutical interventions.
