Descripción

his is the final episode of Season 2 of Baked: The Podcast — and it’s a deeply personal one. In this solo episode, I’m sharing something I’ve kept close for a while: I’m pregnant with my third child 🤍 From navigating pregnancy while parenting two kids, to how my relationship with my body has shifted, to honest conversations about birth, postpartum, anxiety, surrender and motherhood — this episode is raw, reflective and real. I talk openly about: • What this pregnancy has been like physically and emotionally • Training, movement and caring for your body while pregnant • Birth trauma, unmedicated birth and preparing mentally for labour • The realities of postpartum that no one prepares you for • Going from 2 to 3 kids and the mental load of motherhood • Why confidence feels easier when you’re pregnant • Why Season 3 will be all about parenting This season stretched me creatively, emotionally and personally. I’m incredibly proud of the conversations we’ve had and the community that’s grown here — slowly, intentionally and honestly. Thank you for being here, for listening, and for holding space with me. Season 3 is coming 🤍

Hair, Identity and Confidence with Tash Barth | Revlon ColorStay

This week I sit down with one of my best friends and my hairstylist, Tash Barth, for a powerful conversation in collaboration with Revlon Long Wear ColorStay Cream Color. We talk about the emotional meaning behind hair, why confidence is so deeply tied to how we express ourselves, and the myths and truths about coloring your hair at home. Tash shares real, honest guidance about integrity of the hair, choosing the right shade, understanding your texture, and why you should never buy blonde when you black. We also dive into color correction, box dye mistakes, cultural hair narratives, and bold transformations that changed lives. We share listener color stories, discuss fear vs confidence when trying something new, and unpack what keeps us grounded during seasons of change. If you want to win a Revlon hamper, leave your color story in the comments on YouTube. Sponsored by Revlon Long Wear ColorStay Cream Color. Keeping up with you and your confidence.
