Being Self Centered
There is a fundamental belief that we as humans all uphold in society—the idea that we are who we are according to the group. That our value is determined by what others think to be true about us. But this is simply… wrong. In this episode, Kori shatters the idea that we must conform in order to be loved and valued. When you’re made to feel like the problem, whether it’s in your family, workplace, or religious group, it can be difficult to strive on instead of crumbling under the pressure of the group. But Kori illustrates why problems are necessary for effective growth and evolution—within ourselves and within the groups we spend time in. We’d love to hear what this episode sparked in you.
