Happy Pride month to our beautiful LGBTQ+ FEMMES! The ladies chat about why they love pride, what they identify as, and how they embrace their queerness. They share how they are raising their children to advocate for the community, loving everyone for who they authentically are. Especially, raising their kids in Tennessee where it is so misunderstood and disrespected. Faith goes back and unfolds how she discovered her sexuality at a young age, when she started to embrace it and realized how freeing it is to live life authentically to herself. They talk about how natural sexuality is, what age they started experimenting, and how they'll always keep the conversation open with their kids (at the appropriate age) . Rachel shares how inspiring her strip club experience was this past week in LA during pride. How empowered she felt seeing women fully authentically expressing their sexuality with confidence. Goddess Training 101 w/ Lorri Soqui ✩

While Rachel is out of town, Faith brings on her life mentor, Lorri Soqui! Faith asks Lorri to teach the Femmes how to hone in on their inner Goddess to shine in a life full of abundance - with the  "Goddess Training" she taught Faith, which changed her life forever. Almost a decade ago, Faith decided to take a leap of faith by moving to Saint George, Utah - where an opportunity was given to start over with a new life, in a new house, with the best support system imaginable. That’s where Faith started her first sobriety journey and the Goddess training truly began. She was ready to take in all the knowledge and wisdom Lorri had to offer, astonished by how applying it to her life gave her a whole new outlook on everything.  They go back in time to talk about Faith’s first sobriety in 2017, all that led up to that moment of deciding to get sober and how support was key in having the strength to quit. Now that Faith is in her second sobriety journey of life, with the spiritual wisdom, in her thirties, there’s so much more to say about alcohol, addiction and reframing her way of viewing  the grip it has on alcoholics. They discuss the difference between those who CAN drink and those who CANNOT, when to know if it is affecting your life, being around alcohol while sober,  how to drink responsibly and truly figure out if it works for you personally.  Goddess training begins with The Law of Attraction, Lorri teaches the Femmes all about the energy and vibrational frequency that shapes your life. She then explains how to apply this power to the divine femininity in becoming a true Goddess. Acknowledging that the feminine is the creator of life, the Goddess needs to be revered, there is a level of high consciousness available for the Goddess. Lorri teaches how to tap into the Goddess consciousness, the attitude of gratitude, a stress free mentality, where there are no triggers in life and conflicts are resolved gracefully. She explains how to take your Goddess-ship into a relationship, teaching the Femmes that there is a level of spirituality their partner must have, never lowering their vibration for another person.  Then there comes the physical aspect of The Goddess that we can't forget. Lorri explains how you MUST learn your deep breathing techniques that benefit the body in very many ways she shares. For example, deep breathing will help you gain control of your frontal brain, leading you to make the right decision under pressure. You must also PH balance your body, get physically active, nourish yourself with healthy foods, juices, supplements and GREAT water. And on the topic of great water, Lorri shares the way that she changes the molecular structure + vibration of her water which has prevented her from getting sick for over 15 years. PMDD cries on grief & spiritual awareness ⊹₊˚‧

On this very emotional PMDD episode, the ladies go back in time to reflect on their younger selves while they were grieving their loved ones suicide. They discuss what it was like losing a loved one to suicide, what their experience was and the important life lessons learned from their unimaginable loss. Talking about how they’ve used their spirituality to direct them through grief and the most common fear, death. Faith shares the story of her Justin Bieber, Coachella mushroom trip. Where she got to speak to her dead Dad. How he led Faith into the journey of forgiveness, where there is redemption to follow! The girls explain why we should not fear death and the security of having the spiritual awareness to understand our souls beyond this life. There will be lots of healthy tears released as both the ladies are in their luteal phase. Grab your tissues! Remember, PMDD awareness is suicide prevention! The ladies begin to fill the Femmes in on where they’ve been the last few months, explaining Faith’s March mixed mania episode (ego death) which almost ended the podcast. Rachel shares her microdose journey that has benefited her in many ways, transforming her into this new version of . They express their love for psilocybin, magic mushrooms, and the miraculous powers it gives you. While getting deep on manifesting, how to implement it into our life, embracing conflict in your spirituality, how to serve your higher vibration and protecting your energy. Which leads to the conversation of how the vagina is an actual magic portal, reminding us of the respect it deserves.

Rachel and Faith end season two with a funny girls night, catching up on how they've been, letting their random thoughts unravel on the pod. They loosely talk about jealousy in a relationship, if it's okay having friends of the "opposite sex", insecurities with porn, embracing "free the nipple" and more.  They share the story of their first and only fight, leaving Faith forever shaped as a sibling. Both wondering if they'd ever be the same again. From sibling rivalries, physical sister fights, toothbrush revenge, to unforgivable betrayals, they talk recovering relationships with siblings after a bad fight. The ladies then remind their listeners how important it is to not give a sh*t what others think. Explaining how getting the courage to pursue their dream, making a podcast together, has helped them grow into their most confident, authentic selves.
