Caregiver Breathing Room
In this guided breathing reset for caregivers, Charlotte uses a simple counting breath to give your mind less to carry for a few minutes. This 5 minute breathing exercise offers caregiver stress relief by pairing each breath with a number, so your attention has somewhere gentle to rest.
