🎙️ SHOW NOTES — Episode   Faith-Led Decision Making: How Christian CEOs Hear God in Business  Podcast: CEO — Business, Faith, and Strategy God’s Way  Host: Beverly Parraz  Audience: Kingdom Builders, Faith-Driven CEOs, Christian Entrepreneurs ✨ Episode Summary   Has your faith run low? Have you been praying, waiting, pressing — and quietly wondering if God still shows up the way He did in Scripture? This episode was made for that moment. In Part 1 of her powerful 3-part Faith Series, host Beverly opens with raw honesty: faith struggles hit every Kingdom builder — not just once, but often. Whether you're launching a business, leading a team, building a ministry, or raising a family for God, there will be seasons where you question everything. Beverly speaks directly to that tired, stretched, wondering part of you. She pairs 10 biblical miracles of provision with real, modern-day stories of God's faithfulness from around the world — beginning with the Widow's Oil (2 Kings 4:1–7) and closing with the Feeding of 5,000 (John 6:1–14). Along the way, Beverly shares the remarkable story of an international student with just £0.07 — seven pennies — who gave it all in the offering plate and watched God respond with a scholarship she never applied for, a job, and a stipend she was told didn't exist. Every bill paid. Not through one miracle, but a cascade of divine provision only God could orchestrate. What you'll walk away with: * Why obedience — not perfection — unlocks God's provision * How God uses unlikely sources, ordinary vessels, and unexpected timing * What the widow's empty jars and a little boy's five loaves have in common with your business today * How to keep going when you're at your wit's end and ready to close up shop * The one question every Kingdom builder must ask: Did God call you to it — or did you call yourself? The common denominator in every miracle? God. He provides through timing, through wisdom, through connection, through people — and sometimes through the very last thing in your hand. 📍 Resources: christledbusiness.com | ninecrownsofgrace@gmail.com Scripture references: 2 Kings 4:1–7 | John 6:1–14 | Proverbs 3:5–6 | Hebrews 11 🔑 Keywords: God still provides, Christian entrepreneur podcast, faith and business podcast, Kingdom builder, biblical miracles, divine provision, widow's oil, feeding of 5000, faith-driven entrepreneur, Christ-led business, faith under pressure, Christian business strategy, building for God, Spirit-led leadership, Proverbs 3 5 6, Christian excellence, Beverly, Build It God's Way 🧭 Coaching Session: Reflection Questions   Take a moment to sit with these. Journal your answers. Let God speak. 1. When was the last time your faith felt genuinely low? Not just a bad day — but a season where you questioned whether God was still present in your business, your calling, or your vision? What triggered it? 2. What is in your hand right now? The widow had olive oil. The little boy had five loaves and two fish. What gift, skill, resource, or opportunity are you holding that feels too small — but God may be asking you to pour out anyway? 3. How many "empty jars" have you collected? The widow had to knock on doors and ask for help before the miracle happened. Where have you been too proud or too afraid to ask for what you need? 4. Are you building from pressure or from presence? Beverly asked this directly — are you rushing the process, or are you truly leading by wisdom and the Holy Spirit? 5. This is the big one: Did God call you to it — or did you call yourself? And if God called you to it, what would it look like to fully trust Him with the outcome instead of trying to control every step? 6. Where is God already showing up that you haven't acknowledged? In your finances. In your business. In your leadership. In the people He keeps placing in your path. What miracles are hiding in plain sight? 🛠️ Practical Application for the Week   Faith without works is dead. Here's your assignment, Kingdom Builder: 1. Do a "What's In My House" Inventory Just like Elijah asked the widow, "What do you have?" — this week, write down every resource, skill, connection, gift, and asset you currently have. Stop focusing on what's missing. Start with what God has already placed in your hands. 2. Knock on Three Doors Identify three people, organizations, or resources you've been hesitant to reach out to. This week, make contact. Ask for the empty jars. You never know which door holds your next miracle. 3. Journal Where God Is Showing Up Each day this week, write down one specific place where you saw God's provision — in your business, your leadership, your finances, or your relationships. Train your eyes to see the cascade of small miracles before the big one arrives. 4. Pray Proverbs 3:5–6 Over Your Business Daily "Trust in the Lord with all your heart. Lean not to your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight." Write it on a sticky note. Put it where you work. Say it out loud before you open your laptop. 5. Make One Decision From Faith — Not Fear What is one decision you've been delaying because you're waiting until you have more money, more time, or more certainty? This week, take one step forward in obedience — even if you can't see the full staircase. 🙏 Prayer from the Episode  Lord, we come before You as Kingdom Builders trusting that You are still our source. Where our faith feels small, remind us that You are sovereign. Where we feel stalled, remind us that You are still moving. Give us the courage to pour out what's in our hands, the patience to wait on Your timing, and the boldness to build exactly what You called us to build — without wavering. We trust You, Jesus. BOUNDARIES & KINGDOM AUTHORITY: The Battle Every Christian Leader Must Win to Protect Time, Guard Peace, and Lead God’s Way

🎙️ SHOW NOTES — Episode   Faith-Led Decision Making: How Christian CEOs Hear God in Business  Podcast: CEO — Business, Faith, and Strategy God’s Way  Host: Beverly Parraz  Audience: Kingdom Builders, Faith-Driven CEOs, Christian Entrepreneurs ✨ Episode Summary  In this powerful episode, Beverly equips Christian CEOs and Kingdom leaders to confront one of the most draining challenges in leadership — the boundary battle. Drawing from Scripture, lived experience, and real‑world mentoring stories, she reveals why boundaries feel so hard, how guilt and fear show up, and how identity wounds make high‑achieving Christian women overextend themselves. Using Proverbs 4:23 as the foundation — “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it” — Beverly teaches leaders how to guard their time, protect their peace, and walk boldly in the authority God has given them. Listeners will learn how to recognize over‑availability, break the belief that “availability equals value,” and stop letting clients, bosses, or expectations set the pace of their lives. Beverly shares practical steps for defining business hours, communicating limits confidently, and responding only within God‑aligned boundaries. She also introduces her free interactive Time Management Worksheet, a powerful tool that helps leaders identify hidden time drains, release responsibilities God never assigned, and rebuild their week around calling, clarity, and stewardship. If you’ve been overwhelmed, stretched thin, or afraid to say “not right now,” this episode will help you reclaim your schedule, strengthen your leadership, and step into God‑aligned authority with courage and peace. 🧭 Coaching Session: Reflection Questions Use these questions to help your listeners identify where their boundaries are being crossed, where guilt is showing up, and where God is calling them to guard their time and heart: * Where am I saying “yes” when my spirit is telling me to say “no”? * What responsibilities am I carrying that God never asked me to carry? * Where do I feel guilty even thinking about setting a boundary? * Whose approval am I afraid of losing when I say “not right now”? * What part of my identity feels threatened when I protect my time? * Where am I letting clients, bosses, or expectations set the pace of my life? * What would change in my leadership if I believed my no was just as holy as my yes? * What distractions or demands are draining my peace, clarity, or calling? * What boundaries is the Holy Spirit asking me to set in this season? 🛠️ Practical Application for the Week Walk your leadership and schedule through this Boundary Battle Framework: * Define your business hours: Decide when you work — and when you don’t. * Communicate with confidence: Say, “I have a lot on my plate. Is this priority?” * Stop apologizing for limits: You are not Wonder Woman. You are one human with God‑given boundaries. * Respond only within your hours: Practice teaching people how to respect your time. * Audit your availability: Identify where you’re overextending or reacting out of fear. * Release what God didn’t assign: Let go of tasks, expectations, or pressures that drain your calling. * Practice your “not right now”: Build the muscle of saying no without guilt or fear. * Align with God: Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal where your boundaries need strengthening. These steps help you shift from over‑availability to God‑aligned authority. 🙏 Prayer from the Episode “Father, thank You for the wisdom and clarity You give Your Kingdom leaders. Teach her to guard her heart and steward her time with courage, peace, and authority. Reveal the places where guilt, fear, or old identity wounds have kept her overextended. Strengthen her boundaries. Show her what You have truly assigned to her in this season, and give her the confidence to say ‘not right now’ when needed. Cover her leadership, her home, her business, and her time. Let her walk boldly in the identity You have given her. In Jesus’ name, amen.”   📣 Call to Action If this episode blessed you, here are ways to go deeper: ✨ Download the Time Management Guide (Free Resource) A simple, printable tool or online to help you discern God’s voice in your business decisions. ✨ Share this Episode Send it to another Kingdom Builder who needs clarity and encouragement. ✨ Leave a Review Your review helps this message reach more faith-driven leaders. ☕ Buy Me a Coffee (CashApp) If you would like to buy me a coffee to help keep the podcast going: $BeverlyParraz 💛 Final Blessing May God fill you with clarity, courage, and supernatural peace as you make decisions this week. Faith That Moves: Why Your Next Business & Leadership Breakthrough Requires Action Part 3

🎙️ SHOW NOTES — Episode   Faith-Led Decision Making: How Christian CEOs Hear God in Business  Podcast: CEO — Business, Faith, and Strategy God’s Way  Host: Beverly Parraz  Audience: Kingdom Builders, Faith-Driven CEOs, Christian Entrepreneurs ✨ Episode Summary  Discovering the Type of Leader You Are (Part 3): How God Forms, Refines & Matures Your Leadership Identity In this powerful episode of CEO: Business, Faith & Strategy God’s Way, we dive into the deeper work of leadership formation — the stretching, pruning, refining, and maturing that God does in every Christian woman He calls to lead. 🧭 Coaching Session: Reflection Questions  Use these questions to go deeper into your leadership identity: 1. Where is God refining your leadership identity right now — and have you been resisting it? 2. What part of your leadership is rooted in survival instead of calling? 3. What is God asking you to release so you can lead from identity, not insecurity? 🛠️ Practical Application for the Week  Choose one of these to practice: * Identity Surrender: Pray, “God, shape me into the leader You designed — not the leader I learned to be.” * Pruning Awareness: Identify one pattern God is pruning (people‑pleasing, over‑functioning, perfectionism, fear of man). * Alignment Reset: Before every decision this week, pause and ask, “Holy Spirit, what are You forming in me right now?” These small steps create massive shifts in how you lead, decide, and show up. 🙏 Prayer from the Episode  Father God, Thank You for forming leaders through process, pressure, and pruning. Thank You for shaping identity, refining character, and aligning our leadership with Your heart. Reveal to each woman listening the leader You designed her to be. Give her clarity, courage, and confidence as she steps into her calling. Amen.  📣 Call to Action If this episode blessed you, here are ways to go deeper: ✨ Download the Faith-Led Decision Guide (Free Resource) A simple, printable tool to help you discern God’s voice in your business decisions.
