Let's talk about the emotion of feeling stuck! We've all been there right, but instead of sitting in those emotions how do you move through them? How can you use your tools and collect and listen to the language of your body to tap into what it is you need, then with love and care provide those things?  In this episode, I speak about some things that I am currently sitting with.
