Hey CineBuffs!!! On this episode of cinemumble uncut we deep dive into a conversation with Anirudh Sridhar, filmmaker Pranav Premani and our founder Rashmi Manuja about Gamak Ghar. Gamak Ghar is a multigenerational story of a family shown through Achal Mishra’s, ancestral home. It is a linear narration of a family that starts out with togetherness, love and shows mundane familial activities. This togetherness slowly fizzles out with time, leaving the house empty and the family gatherings only for festivals and important occasions. Played out in different time periods, as the years progress the house loses its charm, and talks of demolishing it starts.  This is Achal Mishra’s debut feature and it is written, directed and produced by him based on his own experiences with his ancestral home.  .
