Ep 42 - The Juices are Starting to Flow

Had some very large ah-ma moment about completely turning this place into salon suites. I thought the budget would be too great to get it turned into a proper suite facility, but after doing more research and speaking with professionals, that's just not true! More info on this to come! Ep 41 - Thunderbird Hammer Time

I was so excited I was a blubbering idiot, couldn't keep my train of thought throughout the whole episode. -The podcast hit 1,000 downloads -A legendary local CRE investor John Trautman came to the office and gave me a masterclass on leasing office space -First tenant will be moving in Monday I have a long list of to-do's but they're all money making activities so bring em on baby!!!!! Will be a busy but extremely productive next few months. Should make for some great content. AND DON'T FORGET TO LEAVE ME A REVIEW!!!!!
Ep 40 - Office Lease Up

Coming down off the high of signing the lease and getting Grand rented up while shifting focus to Thunderbird. It's funny the differences between Grand and Thunderbird. I've never done anything with office space before so everything is new to me. The types of tenants, desired spaces, market rents etc. Starting to get some leads rolling in the door and learning how to work them. Overall, I'd like to get more people to view the space in person with me as opposed to just giving them the price over message. I know that will be a big driving factor in getting more butts in seats.
Ep 39 - Who Got the Lease? We Got the Lease!
Send me a message! [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2529228/fan_mail/new] I went into the weekend with a signed lease!!!! Finally, feels like I've been saying that for months. Was great to get that monkey off my back and can focus my attention to Thunderbird. Still have some housekeeping stuff to get Grand fully set, but the majority of my effort will not need to be on that building anymore. Now I can finally get the benefits of owning commercial real estate and collect that cash flow with out busting my hump!!! Thunderbird is now the focus. I will be making a mini-series on that whole process of getting it fully leased up. Should be fun, entertaining, and guaranteed to create some stories!
Ep 38 - The Numbas!

Going over some quick updates on both buildings, but mainly spend time going over the numbers on Grand. I've yet to really break everything down in reality, mostly theory in the past. But now that we have most of the place leased up, I broke down the revenue, expenses, cash flow, and value of the building. I had a blast recording this podcast, not sure why, but it was great, I guess I like The NUMBAS!!!
