Existence is a lot harder than it sounds. The complex emotions inherent in human relationships is one of the most important—and most difficult—aspects of life. This week, we talk about heartache, the self-betrayal wound, and how adopting a playful attitude of curiosity can make practicing our humanity feel a bit less daunting. We have a conversation with my higher self, who is the part of myself I felt betrayed by. She explains why the doing the difficult thing is worth the discomfort.

Moving Through Fear

Ever had a panic attack or felt overwhelmed to the point of breakdown? In this episode, I share my higher self’s take on why fear is actually a rite of passage. Breath as Currency
