Stop Planning & Take Action

Episode 3 of Season 4 is here! This week we are discussing how over-planning can prevent you from actually taking action because it focuses on perfectionism instead of just getting started. We have to be willing to take a look at our past attempts at hitting a goal and realize if we were trying to change too much all at once or not taking action at all. Realizing that moving forward imperfectly gets you so much further than not doing anything at all because you're so focused on making the perfect plan or trying to change everything overnight which creates burnout. Own Up To Your Excuses

Episode 2 of the "GET YOUR SH*T TOGETHER" season! This week we are talking all about excuses we have used that have been holding us back from becoming who we desire to be. It's all about self-awareness, not shame. But we need awareness in order to move forward & create change. Your action step for this week is to write a letter to your past self releasing everything you are ready to finally let go of in order to create space to welcome in who you want to be! No shame or judgment in the letter, just acknowledge and release. Get real with yourself and what you're ready to leave behind. I have done this many times and it is so healing! Feel the sense of release that comes from this action step!

Who Do You Want To Be?

Season 4 of Create Your Own Truth is here and it's going to be a juicy one! This season is a series called "GET YOUR SH*T TOGETHER" and I mean that in the most loving, least judgmental way possible! And I'm talking to myself too with this series, so we are in this together! Each week will build upon the last with realistic action steps that you will take weekly to finally create change you have been wanting to see for a long time! You'll have a clear vision and support! Show up and let's do this! Episode 1 is all about getting freaking clear! It's really hard to know how to move forward or how to take action when we don't even know what we want to achieve. So we'll be answering some reflective questions to gain clarity on how we want to live our lives and who we want to be. There is only one rule - whatever comes to mind, write it down because no matter how farfetched it might seem, if you can imagine it, you can achieve it!!!! Oh and one more rule - BE SPECIFIC! The Universe has no idea what to bring you if you are vague. Let's do this!

Overcoming Self-Sabotage

The final episode of Season 3! This episode is all about recognizing and taking the steps to overcome self-sabotage. We all have our own unique forms of how we sabotage what we truly want in our lives and it's up to us to be accountable and take steps to heal those parts of us so that we are able to move forward and achieve anything we want.

It's a Never-Ending Journey

Let's talk about how we can change our minds about things we thought were 100% right for us! Life is a never-ending journey and so is taking care of our bodies. It is okay to need and want different things at different stages in our journeys. We show up for ourselves the best that we can and that may be different at certain times than what we ever thought for ourselves.
