Daily Happy
Spent time at the Costume Institute exhibit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art this week and walked away reminded of something important: Creativity matters. Not just in fashion, art, or museums — but in leadership, business, innovation, and everyday life. What struck me most was the extraordinary attention to detail behind every piece. The craftsmanship, imagination, storytelling, and patience required to create something beautiful were impossible to ignore. In a world that moves quickly and often prioritizes efficiency above all else, there was something powerful about slowing down long enough to appreciate artistry for its own sake. Museums have a way of reconnecting us with curiosity. They remind us that inspiration often comes from unexpected places — textures, colors, history, design, emotion, and human expression. The experience also reinforced how important it is to make space for wonder. Not everything valuable has to be immediately practical. Sometimes creativity itself is the value. I left feeling inspired not only by fashion, but by the broader idea that imagination and craftsmanship still have the power to bring people together, spark new ideas, and create joy. A good reminder for all of us — professionally and personally — to stay curious and keep noticing beauty in the world around us. #Creativity #Innovation #Leadership #Art #Fashion #Design #Museums #Inspiration #Curiosity #Wellbeing #PersonalGrowth #Storytelling #DailyHappy Support the show [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2451101/support] Start your day in a bright and happy way!
