It reminded me that happiness is not a distraction from productivity — it’s part of sustaining it. Research continues to show that experiences in nature, especially near water, can reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and support overall well-being. Sometimes the most valuable reset isn’t found in doing more, but in creating space to breathe, reflect, and simply be present. A sunset doesn’t rush. The water doesn’t compete.
