Hi lovely friends!! Today I am here talking about being where your feet are. I forget a lot of times, especially right now in my life-- to not live in my head daydreaming about a life that is not in my path right now. I want to be where my feet are, ground myself and enjoy the moment. I mentioned some things we could do in this podcast: - limit phone time with a realistic timer: I am usually 3hr a day kinda girly so i cut it in half - plan out your phone/scrolling time: time when you want to spend those scrolling minutes, enjoy them because they are limited, and then when you find yourself not in your scrolling schedule or out of time, get up and do something yall!! what did you do when you were little and bored? Think about it, and do something that brings joy to you! - investing in moving your body: what are ways you enjoy moving your body?? Invest, investigate, and trial it out!! If it is something you really like, invest in it and you will enjoy the rewards - hobbies: what are they to you? What did you enjoy? try it again! - reminders: set up a pinterest widget with a specific board of motivational posts that show up on your phone screen. This really reminds me everything I want to about enjoying the now, being myself, and whatever other motivational words I need to read on a daily basis. Thank you so much for your time my sunshines.
