hi everyone sorry it took me five million years i was going through school work and just going through a funk honestly. I have today what has been lacking for me for a while and that is motivation. I have lost a lot of it and have been letting life pass by while i just scroll mindlessly on my phone so for today I thought I would give some steps for finding your motivation groove!! exercises i talked about today are my steps: - ask yourself what is it that you want to be motivated for, and why it matters to you! - setting tiny goals - habit stacking your goals - visual reminders !! - make these things social! have some buddy sessions - giving yourself grace throughout your process - mix up your environment ! - make it fun and aesthetically pleasing - reflect reflect reflect I wish everyone reading this to have all it is you are wishing and desiring right now. You got this! Im rooting for you!!
