Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (200°C). 2. Clean Seeds: Rinse the pumpkin seeds thoroughly in a colander to remove all the pumpkin pulp and strings. Pat them dry with a paper towel. 3. Season Seeds: Place the seeds in a bowl and toss them with olive oil or melted butter until they're evenly coated. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. 4. Spread Seeds: Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet. 5. Bake Seeds: Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally to ensure even roasting. 6. Cool and Enjoy: Let the seeds cool before enjoying them!
