Mordecai, nooooooo! We've got some definite mixed feelings about Mordecai's fate in this episode. On top of that we've got an attempted murder of Donut to contend with. So there's a lot to talk about, though that doesn't keep us from falling down some serious rabbit holes (not skinless rabbits like in the chapters, nice, fluffy rabbits).

We're starting a new book this week, and the feel in the room after the first couple of chapters is really optimistic. It's train time!

We wrap up book 2! See if the newbies are enjoying the end of this one more than the last one which had ... well "mixed reviews" might be generous.  To let everyone know, we'll be taking a double break after this episode because Jennifer and I will be in Orlando for a couple of weeks. We're almost at the end, and the story here in Medium Skyfowl Settlement is really starting to move. The crew has been waiting for something to latch onto like this since we started book 2, and they're finally getting it. It's a good thing.
