DescripciĂłn

this is the first time i have a guest on the podcast đŸ„ș my first guest is irmsko, a dear friend, turns out right now both of us are figuring out what turning 30 actually means, and we both wonder why it comes with this weird pressure to have your life together. we talk about the illusion of “one day,” and what happens when you realize
this is it. this is the life you were waiting for. the one day is today. somewhere in between, we end up talking about work, confidence, feeling like a fraud sometimes, needing space to hear your own thoughts again, and how easy it is to give your power away without even noticing. it’s a bit existential, but also soft. i don’t know if we figured anything out, but i liked this one a lot.

not afraid to suck at things: how failing at things makes you better (with Dom, Iwi Studios Berlin)

most people avoid starting things because they're afraid to be bad at them. Dom didn't have that luxury. in this episode, i sit down with Dom, my hairdresser and the owner of Iwi Studios Berlin, for a conversation about what it actually takes to get good at something. he talks about his story on leaving school, finding hairdressing, moving to Berlin and landing his first job. we get into why failing is a skill, how necessity is the best teacher, and what changes in you when you stop being afraid to suck at things. if you've ever talked yourself out of starting something, this one's for you. đŸŽ™ïž don't overthink it is a podcast about the thoughts we all have but rarely say out loud.Follow on Instagram & TikTok
