Frequent urination is often blamed on an enlarged prostate, UTIs, or kidney stones, but there’s a much more common root cause. The most common cause of frequent urination at night is too much insulin in your blood. Insulin resistance is a condition where your insulin receptors no longer accept insulin. To compensate, the pancreas produces more insulin. This is why many diabetics have a problem with urinary frequency at night. When blood sugar is high, the kidneys remove the sugar from the blood to eliminate it from the body. This increases urination frequency. Insulin resistance causes an overactive bladder, even if your blood sugar is normal. Increased urinary frequency at night is an early sign of insulin resistance, which is a precursor to diabetes. Insulin resistance increases stress on the kidneys, which is why diabetes is the leading cause of kidney disease. Insulin resistance can also cause electrolyte imbalances, blood pressure changes at night, and increased cortisol. Snacking at night is the single most significant cause of frequent urination at night. Eliminate all snacks and beverages after dinner to decrease urination frequency at night. Snacking at night can also cause bloating and interrupted sleep. A low-salt diet can also increase urination frequency at night. If you think your nocturia is due to low salt, add more sea salt to your meals throughout the day. A low-carb diet can help reduce nocturia symptoms. Keep your carb consumption under 30 grams per day. Healthy Keto® can combat insulin resistance, improve your health, and reduce frequent urination at night. Intermittent fasting is equally important in reversing insulin resistance. Aim for 3 meals with no snacks, eventually dropping down to 2 meals each day. Ending nocturia will significantly enhance your sleep, which is vital for your heart, blood sugar, stress levels, energy, cognitive function, and more. Don’t forget to get plenty of vitamin D with magnesium. #health #keto #ketodiet #weightloss #ketolifestyle #intermittentfasting #lowcarb Thanks for watching! I hope this helps relieve your nocturia symptoms. I’ll see you in the next video. --- Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices [https://megaphone.fm/adchoices]

Today, I’m going to share one of the best natural remedies for a UTI (urinary tract infection). Top symptoms of a UTI: • Burning upon urination • Frequent urination • The urge to urinate when your bladder is empty • Abdominal pain • Low back pain • Blood in the urine • Cloudy urine • Urine with a bad odor E. coli causes 80% of urinary tract infections, and urinary tract infections are more common in women than men. The natural remedy for UTIs that most people commonly think of is cranberries. But, consuming cranberries, cranberry supplements, or cranberry juice for a UTI is only somewhat effective. However, when it comes to preventing a UTI, cranberry supplements may be beneficial. The #1 remedy for a UTI is a combination of oregano oil capsules and thyme capsules. Both oregano and thyme are potent natural antibiotics. The oregano oil supplement should be at least 60% carvacrol to be beneficial. You may want to try taking at least 200 mg of oregano oil four times per day and 500 mg of thyme once a day for a UTI. Another great urinary tract infection remedy that you can add to this regimen is two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar mixed into 16 ounces of water. Other natural tips to help you get rid of a UTI fast: • Drink at least 2.5 liters of fluid per day • Consume a natural diuretic (asparagus, dandelion greens, or potassium citrate) Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 57, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. Learn how to choose the healthiest peanuts and peanut butter to avoid additives and ingredients that can be damaging to your health. 0:00 Introduction: Are peanuts healthy? 0:51 Conventional peanuts 1:29 Peanuts and glyphosate 2:01 Hydrogenated oils vs. partially hydrogenated oils 2:50 Monoglycerides 3:12 What is the healthiest peanut butter? In this video, I’m going to tell you about the healthiest peanut butter. Peanuts don't typically cause health issues, but they can cause bloating for some people, and it's still important to consume the right peanuts. Peanuts are not nuts—they are legumes that grow in the soil. Conventional peanuts are heavily sprayed with pesticides and fungicides, which seep into the soil and penetrate their thin shells. This is why you should always choose organic peanuts and peanut butter. Glyphosate is also commonly found in peanuts. Glyphosate can act as an antibiotic and is found in many GMO foods. Always read the label on your peanut butter and ensure it doesn't contain hydrogenated oils. Hydrogenated vegetable oils don’t actually come from vegetables at all—they’re seed oils! Also, avoid peanut butter with added sugar. Monoglycerides are sometimes added to peanut butter. A French study linked this ingredient to cancer and found that it can increase the risk of certain cancers by 46%. Look for peanut butter that only contains peanuts and salt. Organic Valencia peanut butter that contains only Valencia peanuts and sea salt is the best option. Valencia peanuts contain the least amount of aflatoxins. Aflatoxins come from mold and can be very damaging to the liver. Try to have your peanuts with a meal rather than as a snack to avoid spiking insulin. NEVER Prepare Food with This Again

Seed oils are often labeled “heart healthy,” but what's the truth? The average person consumes vegetable seed oil daily, not just as a cooking oil, but on their food. Discover the truth about seed oils and why you’ll want to eliminate them from your diet today. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] CHECK OUT MY NEW ZINC PRODUCT HERE: 🛒https://drbrg.co/4axiYqs0:00 Introduction: Vegetable seed oil 0:34 What are vegetable oils? 0:57 Seed oils are toxic! 1:40 Are seed oils healthy? 2:37 Seed oils and inflammation 3:34 Check out my new Zinc product! 3:57 The worst types of seed oils 5:33 The best cooking oils Recommended Olive Oil Link: https://sanmicheleorganic.com/product... Video on GRAS: ▶️    • Guess Which Percent Of Chemicals in Your F... Vegetable oils do not come from vegetables. Vegetable seed oils are highly processed oils that are processed with high heat and chemical solvents. When heat is added to refined oils, toxic byproducts like trans fats are created. Seed oils are genetically modified, so they often contain traces of glyphosate. BHA is a toxic byproduct found in seed oils and is classified as a possible human carcinogen. Other toxic byproducts can affect the immune system, nervous system, and liver. All chronic diseases involve inflammation. Vegetable oils are the most inflammatory thing that you can consume. They create damage at the cellular level and are often stored in the fat cells because they can’t be used for fuel. It takes a year and a half to detoxify seed oils from the membranes in our bodies. Soy, corn, sunflower, canola, and cottonseed are the most common seed oils. Cottonseed oil is the worst seed oil as it produces the most toxicity and has the most omega-6 fatty acids. Cottonseed oil is highly inflammatory and is often hidden in animal feed. Any time you have inflammation, you also have a lack of oxygen. Cancer thrives in an area that’s inflamed or doesn’t have oxygen. Inflammation from seed oils can also contribute to insulin resistance. Do not use vegetable oils at all! Replace seed oils with the following healthy cooking oils: •Extra virgin olive oil •Coconut oil •Butter •Ghee •Red palm oil •Tallow •Lard Mayo contains seed oils, so look for one without, like Chosen Mayo, which is made with avocado oil. It's best to avoid deep-fried foods. An air fryer can simulate fried foods, and crushed pork rinds rather than wheat products can be used as breading. --- Learn more about your ad choices. DATA: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4566462/ https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/22516724/ https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4274625/ 0:00 Introduction: Causes of stiff arteries  0:33 The hidden cause of stiff arteries  1:03 Benefits of vitamin K2 for the arteries  1:58 The best sources of vitamin K2 2:48 Vitamin K2 to support the arteries  5:57 Summary  6:24 Learn more about vitamin K2! Unfortunately, heart attacks, strokes, and high blood pressure are common problems. So, today we’re going to talk about what causes arterial stiffness or calcified arteries. Common causes of stiff arteries:  • Age • Inflammation  • A high-carb, high-sugar diet  • Omega-6 fatty acids There is one additional cause of hardened arteries that many people are unaware of, and it’s a vitamin K2 deficiency. Vitamin K2 drives calcium into the bones to help make them stronger and keeps calcium out of the arteries and the walls of the arteries. Vitamin K2 may decrease the risk of heart attack by 50 percent. Foods high in vitamin K2: • Meats  • Organ meats  • Egg yolks  • Grass-fed butter  • Dairy  • Yogurt Adding vitamin K2 to vitamin D3 is a fantastic way to support the arteries. For every 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 you take, you should also consume 100 mcg of vitamin K2. It’s important to note that people who take a calcium supplement (1,000 mg or more a day), with or without vitamin D, increase the risk of a heart attack. This could be because of the lack of vitamin K2. It’s also important to keep in mind that one of the side effects of warfarin is vascular calcification. To support the arteries, get on a low-carb diet, avoid omega-6 fatty acids, and consume foods rich in vitamin K2. If you take a vitamin K2 supplement, it may be best to take vitamin D3 as well. Nighttime Behaviors that Speed Up Aging (And Cost Nothing to Fix)

These 7 dangerous nighttime habits can ruin your sleep and wreak havoc on your health. Stop making these nighttime routine mistakes! Get better sleep tonight by quitting these unhealthy night habits immediately. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] 0:00 Introduction: Avoid these habits that hurt sleep 2:22 Avoiding screens for better sleep 4:28 Alcohol before sleep 8:05 Avoid these before bed 10:05 More sleep equals better sleep 1. Carbs and sugar before bed Growth hormone rises at night, but is blunted by a rise in blood sugar. This hormone helps you burn fat, repair tissues, and build muscle mass. A massive blood sugar spike before bed can interfere with your sleep and cause grogginess, fatigue, cravings, and irritability the next day. 2. Screens and lights before bed Avoid lights and screens, especially those emitting blue light, for at least 2 hours before bed. Melatonin is suppressed by light. Not only does this powerful antioxidant help you sleep, but it’s more important than glutathione for detoxification and DNA repair. Blue light also suppresses deep delta wave sleep and REM sleep. 3. Using alcohol to fall asleep Alcohol tricks your body into falling asleep, but you’re not really sleeping: your body is working to detoxify alcohol. Alcohol increases cortisol and adrenaline, and depletes electrolytes. It also depletes vitamin B1, which can cause anxiety and nervous tension the next day. Instead of alcohol, try magnesium glycinate in warm water or kombucha tea. 4. Late-night junk food Junk foods typically contain seed oils, which are inflammatory and hard on the gallbladder. If you’re craving salty food before bed, try putting a small amount of sea salt in your mouth or adding more salt to your dinner. 5. Antihistamines or sleeping pills before bed Sedated, artificial sleep does not leave you feeling rejuvenated and rested in the morning. People often feel less focused with decreased concentration and memory. You may eventually need more of the drug to create the same effect. 6. Sleeping next to your cell phone Your cell phone and charging cable both emit electromagnetic fields (EMFs), which can negatively impact your brain and sleep cycles. EMFs also interfere with melatonin. Keep your cell phone on airplane mode or away from your body when you’re sleeping. 7. Sleep deprivation Sleep deprivation can make sleep more difficult in itself. You need at least 7 hours of sleep each night. Try to get to sleep at 10:00 p.m. each night, or 11:00 p.m. at the latest.
