How to Live Abundantly Today

One of the main tradeoffs involved in challenging milestone-based happiness is the need to let go of societal expectations and external validation. Society often tells us that we need to achieve certain milestones, such as getting a promotion, buying a house, or reaching a certain level of success, in order to be happy.
