Acerca de Embodied Spirituality

Embodied Spirituality is a space for conversations about rebuilding faith and identity after spiritual deconstruction. I’m Hailey Mitsui, a Spiritual Director and Somatic Practitioner, shaped by the Evangelical Christian culture of the ‘90s and 2000s. In my work, I meet with people navigating the aftermath of religious trauma, and two recurring themes often surface: the profound loneliness and the fear of ”getting spirituality wrong” in the process of reconstruction. This podcast isn’t about offering a single path or theology. Instead, it provides a glimpse into the diverse journeys of individuals reconnecting with themselves, the Divine, and supportive communities. Each episode gently invites listeners to explore resources and practices—without obligation or prescription—reminding us that we’re all in this process together. You’re not alone. We’re all finding our way. Learn more at haileymitsui.com or follow along on Instagram @haileymitsui. podcast weblog
