The Support You Want Often Feels Like Losing Control

In this episode, I'm sitting with the ways control sneaks in disguised as care, planning, or just wanting things to go a certain way. I walk through two very different moments: one where releasing control looked like quieting a spiral of thoughts in the middle of the night, and one where it looked like letting my parents and kids help build something I'd envisioned doing “my way”. The Magic That Comes After You Stop Trying

Is It Depression Or Lack Of Expression?

In this episode, I explore the moments when irritability, restlessness, and those unexplained waves of low mood are actually asking of me to express rather than fix or regulate. I've been noticing how these feelings work as cues, calling me back to expression, to creating, to using my voice. Through a relational lens, I share how these feelings aren’t a punishment for not being or doing enough.
