Today's episode featured a special guest Kanecia Payne. She is an amazing women I met at school and didn't know for very long. She is one of the coolest people I've talked to since I went to school and I'm happy I met her. We discuss our proud moments and struggles of the year. It is important to acknowledge both and talk it out. We also praise God for all he has done for us. Amen!(Ameen!)It was fun recording this episode and I definitely enjoyed the experience.

Today we have a special guest Jay, host of Dormates podcast, and today we go into the unnecessary things we hold onto in life and how they affect us. We go into feelings , actions, and material things we should let go of. Think about the things in your life that you have for no reason. When it comes to all those material things you just have to have. Or the feelings you hold onto that you keep inside. Let it go nothing is permanent, so don't hold onto things that will keep you in the same place you were yesterday.

Hi, Mina here! This is the first episode of the Foggy Brain podcast. This is a quick introduction of who I am and why I am even starting. The Foggy Brain podcast was created to give myself and others a voice. The goal is to connect with others and show people being their authentic self is okay.
