Let's get real! My podcasts are centered around teenage mental health and issues that we face everyday, along with women's health, and struggles we face in society. *Trigger Warning* This podcast also touches base on difficult topics such as sexual abuse--as a survivor of sexual abuse myself, I believe that it is important to spread awareness, and give a voice to those who have been silenced. Thus, I will be placing trigger warnings on all of my episodes.
