Bhaskar Puri is a certified psychotherapist and hypnotherapist, who has been running his own flank for the past three years under the name Mindspa, while being in practice for even longer. Bhaskar showed us a glimpse of what hypnotherapy and how it has been able to either help or in some cases ruin humankind over the years. With his psychotherapy background we also traverse the much talked about mental health realm and how it has become a looming problem for the upcoming generations.
