Alynne Davis is a licensed therapist, coach, and consultant with ten years of experience helping high-functioning women heal their relationship with food, their body, and themselves. Her coaching work goes beyond traditional approaches by addressing the deeper patterns underneath food and body struggles — self-abandonment, perfectionism, anxious attachment, and a nervous system that learned to survive rather than feel safe. She specializes in working with women navigating the complex intersections of ADHD, perimenopause and menopause, PCOS, and disordered eating — the places where most providers miss what's actually happening. Her integrative method draws from her training in IFS (Internal Family Systems), CBT-E, Somatic Experiencing, expressive arts therapy, trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, ADHD interventions, and nutrition. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, she helps women rebuild self-trust, regulate their emotions, and reconnect to their bodies in a way that actually lasts. Alynne believes food is rarely the real problem — it's the language a dysregulated system uses to ask for something deeper. Her work supports women in making the shift from control to capacity, from self-abandonment to self-trust, and from managing their lives to actually living them. She sees therapy clients in person at her Charlotte, NC, office and virtually throughout North Carolina and South Carolina, and works with coaching clients virtually, worldwide.
