Black Moon Lilith in Sagittarius: The Dark Feminine Refuses to Look Back

In this episode of Heavenly Bodies, I’m diving into one of my favorite archetypes in astrology: Lilith — the original dark feminine, the exile, the truth‑teller who refused to bow. I start with the myth. Lilith as Adam’s first wife. The woman who refused hierarchy. The one who walked out of Eden rather than submit. Exiled, demonized, blamed for everything taboo — from sexuality to miscarriages — she became the ultimate symbol of the punished, silenced, inconvenient truth. But Lilith isn’t just empowerment. She’s not cute. She’s not polished. She’s the complicated, messy reclamation of the shadow inside all of us. I talk about how Black Moon Lilith works in astrology, how she changes expression through the zodiac signs and birth chart houses, and what it really means to “integrate” Lilith instead of projecting her. We reflect on Lilith in Scorpio — themes of violation, power, obsession, sexuality, and my own Lilith return reckoning with people‑pleasing and desire. And then we move forward. On December 21, 2025, Lilith enters Sagittarius, where she’ll stay until September 15, 2026. This is fire. This is motion. This is freedom. This is refusing to look back. Jupiter in Leo: The Wheel of Fortune

On June 30, 2026, the bright and bold planet Jupiter enters Leo, the sign of leadership, talent and audacity. Jupiter commands a year of synthesis and expansion in Leo, inspiring you to take the lead in your life (and really, considering who is running the show at present, we could really use you).  Naturally, I get into how Jupiter affects you, and where to look for Leo in your chart. So… What Is Kabbalah, Actually?

What exactly is Kabbalah, that mysterious mysticism practiced by Jews and celebrities the world over, and what’s in it for you? If you’re curious, but can’t handle wellness sites selling courses, or don’t have patience for reading multiple volumes of arcane Hebrew texts, you’ve come to the right place. This is a primer on the ancient art, without any insanity about colonics or manifestation.  Kabbalah is a form of study and mystic thought developed by sages around BCE 1000–1300, cemented into the labyrinthine book known as the Zohar. It’s an interpretation of the Old Testament and a collection of stories, dialogues and dreams, which cast Jewish tradition in an erotic, ecstatic new understanding. For me, studying Kabbalah has made the world come online, into an animystic, mesmerizing unified consciousness. I share some of what I’ve learned about this way of seeing the world, and give some guidance on where you can begin, and what you should look out for. And, as it’s May 20th, we simply must celebrate the birthday of the supreme Taurus herself, the one and only Cher.
