Her Nexx Chapter
Diverse voices matter. It not only uplifts communities but also continues to inspire future generations to speak up and be who they want to be, breaking down barriers and glass ceilings. This is what BIPOC is about, shining the spotlight on diverse voices and communities. In this special episode, Lady Chap is joined by a panel of speakers across different backgrounds to share their professional and personal experiences as part of the BIPOC community. We have Psychologist Dr. Sandra Léon-Villa [https://www.linkedin.com/in/sandra-le%C3%B3n-villa-ph-d-99390b68/], Life Coach and International Speaker Nida Jawed [https://nidajawed.com/], and Mishaal Riaz [https://mishaalriaz.com/], LPC. These three amazing guests talk about the challenges of being a person of color as well as navigating the layers of cultures and identities that come with being part of different kinds of communities. They go through questions of belonging, mental health, generational trauma, and culture shocks, diving deep into systemic issues that continue to impact where we are today. Throughout this conversation, Lady Chap and our guests show us that our voices do need to be heard. We can start amplifying them through the spaces we create to uplift and support each other.
