Sometimes fulfilling your soul means risking comfort, embracing change, and maybe even taking a spontaneous trip to Italy on a whim 🇮🇹🍷✈️ We also talk about my experience with PMDD 🌙🧠 and how I've been able to effectively manage it without medication (so far).
