Exodus 1 | Today we start a new series in the book of Exodus we are calling "Out of Egypt". Genesis ends with Jacob's large family finding salvation from the famine in Egypt, and Exodus picks up right there! We are going to dive into the deep end today looking at the depth of the message we get in Exodus! It is the story of how the Hebrew people become the Hebrew people. It helps us understand who we are as we study Exodus as part of the unified story that leads to Jesus.

Luke 24 | Early on that first Easter Sunday, the women that followed Jesus were at Jesus' tomb at daybreak to care for the body. But, no body. Where did it go? A couple of angels show up to help, but it turns out they will need more than that!

Not that everyone is sad or jaded, but that Jesus really is the Messiah, that He would want to rescue himself from that cross. Even one of the criminals dying next to Jesus was on the same page. But that other guy? The one hanging on the other cross? He seems to be the only one who gets it.
