You’re Not Stuck

You are choosing the familiar because your nervous system has confused it with safe.  You are choosing a life that might not be the best for you because you know it rather than risk the unknown in search of something better. If you don’t like how you feel then risk change.  I've been there. We probably all have at one point in our lives.  But don't settle.  I wanted something different for myself. So I took responsibility for how I chose to show up.  I learned to recognize the cycles I was stuck in.  I learned to recognize when I didn’t do right by myself.  I became aware of the thoughts I had on repeat.  I stepped out of my victim mentality.  I called myself out on my own BS.  I was done letting myself down. There will be a time where things are aligned and you will feel free to just be.
