I AM THE KEY Podcast
What an amazing human being and what a blessing for Cata and I to be able to speak with Paul.Paul Bryson was first locked up at 14. He spent time in juvenile detention, on house arrest, on probation. He was always in trouble, always scared to come home from school, always absorbing the message that he was not good enough and didn't deserve to be happy. And then things got harder before they got better. He ended up living in his car. No phone. No social media. No family or friends to call. Nothing. And in that place — in a juvenile detention cell, in a tiny library, on a very small bookshelf — he found a small orange book. A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle. And for the first time in his life something shifted. He realized he was not his thoughts. Not his emotions. He was the awareness behind them. That was the seed. What grew from it is something I genuinely was not prepared for. Because Paul did not just read his way out of that darkness. He moved his way out of it. Push-ups in his cell at night. Burpees alone in his room. Sweating and breathing and just — raising his frequency with the only thing he had. His body. And in that state, in the middle of all that pain and uncertainty, he found something he called freedom. Temporary. But real. And he never stopped chasing it.Five years now, not a single day missed. Waking up before the sun. The morning game. Fasting. Prayer. Training. Every single day. Not because life is easy. Because he knows that a high frequency is immunity. And he earned it, every day, the hard way.We spoke about so much in this conversation. What self-mastery actually is and why most people never find it. Trauma as a trophy. The darkness as a gift. How to raise conscious children in a world built on distraction. And the one thing — the one thing — Paul says you always have, no matter how lost you feel, that will pull you out.I told him at the end that I will remember him for the rest of my life. I wasn't being polite. I meant it.This episode is for anyone who thinks they've gone too far down the wrong road to turn around. You haven't.
