Let's draw a monarch butterfly's metamorphosis

Today I want to draw a monarch butterfly's metamorphosis. We'll fold our paper into four sections. In each section, we'll draw a part of the metamorphosis. This picture will have an egg laid on a milkweed plant, a caterpillar, a chrysalis, and finally a monarch butterfly. I'll let you know which colors appear in nature, but if you don't want to use those colors, that's your artist's choice. When larva pupates, or becomes a butterfly in the chrysalis, what do you think is happening in there? 2.
