Livia Giles is a BJJ black belt, ADCC veteran, 3-time BJJ World Champion (brown/purple/blue), 2-time Asian Champion, 11-time Pan-Pacific Champion, 3-time Australian Champion, Abu Dhabi Pro Trials Winner and 2017 IBJJF No-Gi World Championship Silver Medallist. She was the first Australian to win at Copa Podio, a renowned showcase event in Brazil, and she has represented Australia twice at the Abu Dhabi World Pro Championships. She is also a physiotherapist and has worked for the Australian Institute of Sport. Before taking up BJJ she was the 2003/04 Track Series Australian Cycling Champion and has represented Poland and Australia in rhythmic gymnastics.  She co-owns Absolute MMA in Australia and is an influential figure in BJJ, especially women’s BJJ. MMA fight champion, BJJ competitor, martial arts coach, co-founder of a social media marketing company AND of Cabana Acai Malaysia - has he achieved all of this by hacking a lifestyle of short commute between work and passion? "Khyn’s martial arts journey started at a young age with Taekwondo like most Malaysians. Along the way, he dabbled in other traditional martial arts such as Wushu and Wing Chun but it wasn’t much later till his early 20s when he discovered Muay Thai, Boxing, Jiujitsu, Wrestling and eventually MMA. It was then when he started competing as a means of testing his skills honed in the gym.  Khyn’s achievements include winning the Featherweight championship title in the fourth season of the Malaysian Invasion Mixed Martial Arts (MIMMA) tournament.
