Come on life gets to be fun all the way to the top 💃🏼 How to get super clear; ✨Write down what you would love in you life ✨Ask What will this do for me, journal what ever comes up ✨Then do number 2 again and see if you can peel back another layer This focuses you on the fun that life has to offer and then strip back the layers to figure out why you truly are wanting it. Like why your soul wants the experience. Also getting clear and excited relaxes the nervous system soo its a win win all around 💞

Episode #21 Break Free from Overwhelm

It's time to put yourself first 👇🏻 If this sounds foreign to you then you're in the right place. I used to feel so stuck between my dreams, myself and my family.  Everything went before me, which brought anxiety, panic, burnout and overwhelm. A swirling mix of not giving anything to myself.  Once I decided that something had to change, it did.  AND it had nothing to do with what was going outside of me.  I chose to lean into myself more and more. I learned practices, joined coaching programs and talked to a counselor.  Yep, I invested in myself and started to learn about me and who I was.  Did I stop having anxiety no, not right away, however I now after time can handle things way differently.  Responding to what is happening around me more often than reacting.
