Procrastination Station

Procrastination is the fear of all MY joy. In this week's episode I shared my struggles with being a procrastinator. It puts me in the worst mood and has me stressed to my core, but I am ready to say buh bye to those feelings and hello to peaceful planning. Whats up moodies! This week I’m sharing the latest on my therapy journey including a new diagnosis as well as my first session with a psychiatrist. Mood swinging about coffee and the cycle of complaining

From the subtle grumbles about sitting in traffic to rants about politics, complaining is a universal language and we all speak it.  In this podcast episode, we’re talking all things complaining. How negative it can be on ourselves and those around and how we can replace complaining with practicing gratitude. Once the complaining was done we touched on the concept of quality over quantity when it comes to friendships, emphasizing the importance of those genuine connections rather than focusing on a large social circle.
