About @westrose_photoandfilm : We are Brandie and Emily, two sisters that share a heart for our business and serving others. We run an all women photography and film team that specializes in bright and authentic imagery. We love what we get to do every day and have the joy of meeting so many amazing people. When we aren’t spending our days swooning over weddings, you can find us chasing our kids around or planning our next travels. We are so grateful we get to do all of this together.

Por mas de 15 años me dedique a trabajar como diseñadora gráfica, y tuve oportunidad de trabajar en diferentes ramas de la profesión (gráfica, tv, editorial, publicitaria). Hace 3 años en medio de los ajetreos de la vida en general le di un giro drástico a mi carrera, porque comencé a hacer repostería saludable, en un inicio solo era para mi luego despertó la business woman que hay en mi y empece a vender para otros, y aun en medio de la pandemia empiezo con el negocio. Descubrí una nueva pasión que no sabia que tenía, pero que amo hacer. Hoy, después de 3 años, mi bebé/negocio se ha ido fortaleciendo y logrando cosas que nunca me imagine podría lograr.

Simple ways to achieve your fitness goals in 2023

We also discuss some myths about fitness and thoughts about shifting your mindset about exercise. About Danielle: She is a wife and mother of three young kids, ages 7, 5, and 3. She absolutely loves being outdoors and exploring nature, reading, music, and watching Netflix at night with the occasional glass of red wine. She’s always been active and involved in group sports growing up, and it led Danielle to her current career. Danielle started in group fitness training first, because of her passion for athletics and exercise, and second because of her love for people. She deeply enjoys making friendships in the gym and the motivation and fun you get out of a class setting. She is aware that we are all on different fitness journeys, with different needs, abilities and goals, and caters to ensure all levels, ages and abilities receive modifications, individualized instruction and guidance.
